Build a Ecommerce Website + Multishipping API Integration + Integration of website to Quickbooks

Hi, We are looking for a freelancer for one of our client's project which is to be developed. If we like the quality of selected freelancer more work can also be provided. Below are the requirements for the E-commerce website: Project Details: - Should be very nice design of the front end which should be mobile and SEO friendly with modern techniques like CSS3 etc. - Multi-browser friendly, the website should be compatible to all browsers. - The website should use the fluid design so that it should be compatible with all the mobile devices e.g. phones or tablets. - Typical eCommerce features on the front end and back end with admin module to manage products, price, etc. etc - email marketing module to send periodic newsletter to our subscribers and clients. - USPS, UPS, Fedex integration multi shipping api integration so that the visitor can check the best price and options to get the product shipped. (A widget / plugin is required to be developed) - Quick books on desktop integration for the e-commerce website. (please provide some references for this or explain how are you going to code for the same including language.) - payment gateway integration. (paypal or any other will let you know as soon as the payment gateway is finalized) - Preferably we would like to have Megento or open source technology or let me have ideas from you. Project Bidding Requirements: - Languages preferences (LAMP) - We need your 3 best designs with functionality showcasing above requirements if possible. - NO advance payment or milestone payment will be made to the programmer un-till the project is finished. - We need a six months support after the project is launched. - We required to have a NDA signed by the coder. - All website / code rights will be of Ace Website Design and there should no duplication or reselling of the same.
