Speech recognition for telemarketing/dialer.

Todays issue: We run several telemarketing offices in Sweden, all contracts with end customer are recorded and done by oral contracts. One comming issue is that many sales people are not making the oral contracts "clear" enough, by that I mean there is sometimes missunderstandings regarding what the customer said/meant etc. Solution that I am looking for: A speech recognigtion software. Every sale must be recorded with an oral contract done according to a legal manuscript. For example; Sales person: Today, the 23rd of April, we have agreed upon changing your phone carrier on your cellphone to FreeLancer Telecom, is that correct, yes or no? Customer: Yes. I would like this to be done by a software with speec recognition. So when ever a sales person i closing a sale, they start the software which will ask the customer the specific questions on the oral contract, and the customer will reply and the software makes a speech recognition. If the answer is wrong, the software ask the customer to rephrase or speak clearly.
