PHP and XCart EXPERT to Fix Website

X-Cart/PHP Expert is needed to modify and fix my website ([login to view URL]): - remove everything except banner on home page and add 8 images that will each link to category pages (product detail pages) - move "get it now" store locator from home page to "gone running" page - on checkout, some functions don't work when clicking the "back" button (message: access denied; you're not allowed access to that resource) and customer has to start all over - wholesale registration page - customer has problems registering, i.e. does not accept her state - get rid of debugging codes "IDE" - remove 5 digit postcode requirement for European countries - login page: switch "just checkout" and "I want to register" and move both above "your email address" I am a struggling start-up and have a very limited budget.
