Simple hotel statistics system

Its a system for a small group of hotels (approx 6) Each hotel will have one user accuont where at the end of the day they add two pieces of data. 1. How many rooms occupied 2. Average tarif We will? need to be able? to see reports which show the occupancy percentage on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Possibly a chart which gives a monthly view of each hotels occupancy. Also we would want a simply daily report sent by email to specified addresses This is not a system for reservations. It is just so the owner of these hotels can see his sales on a daily basis.? ? Furthermore, we will require a table which shows, companies, contacts, contact details and special price. This is just a simple datasheet to kepe track of the special prices that companies have agreed with the hotel, so they can be consulted and applied in different hotels. ## Deliverables Its a simple system, I can provide some screen shots if required
