Hi, I am looking for a developer that has very good php, html, css and js knowledge. You should have deep understanding of Wordpress and creating templates from scratch (no duplicating and changing the default ones). A must: 1) Good English 2) Reliability 3) Availability When you apply, please provide your local timezone and a list of recent related works. *** Bear in mind that I need a quote for taking an EXISTING design and converting it to a Wordpress template *** Please state the quote for ONE template.
