QR Code Generator with Stats

I need a professional developer with experience in creating a web-based QR Code generator in PHP/Ajax/others. Please note this project is for the developer who has previously worked on similar project as I do not have time for RND. The Generator should be able to generate the following: - URLs also with [login to view URL] - Social sites (as shown on tab Social on [login to view URL] and Twitter seems to be missing) - Contact Information - Calendar Event - Phone Number (Numeric) - SMS (Number and Text) - Text (Alpha Numeric) - Geo Codes - Email (Alpha Numeric) - Small, medium, and large sizes of code image - Choice of QR code image color *it should be able to Print a high quality Code for sending it to Printers as an option. Therefore an option to save as PDF (vector) or high quality image is necessary. Few working examples are listed below: QR generated code should be shown within the mobile html screen and UI should be Tab based with an option to copy embedded link and pasted in it on their own sites. (example 1: [login to view URL]) example 2: [login to view URL] others examples for reference only : [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I am keen to capture number of codes generated and Scanned. Please suggest options. Functional developed code should be uploaded to the website and must be fully functional. It shouldn't be limited to a domain name i.e. if we change domain in future the code should work for embedded links. All bugs should to be fixed ASAP and should be supported FOC over the duration of 6 months. All source codes should be provided with some documentation.
