38679 PHP image gallery

I need to clone the following web site [login to view URL] Essentially this is a image gallery where users from MySpace will be able to select froma variety of pictures and grab HTML codes to put into community sites such as Myspace. I need the same functionality. On the administration side. I would like to be able to add an image from a URL, and have it automatically thumbnail the image and generate the code for hotlinking. I need ot be able to add catagories then add images to those specific catagories. I would like this to not be limited ot just images, but to also allow for other types of media, such as videos etc... though that may be another project later.
