ASP, .NET PHP SQL Data

Hello, we are in need of help in SQL and ASP or PHP maniupluation of data from SQL databases. We look for someone who can mass input some text / csv or tsv files into a SQL database with record details as output. We are looking for an expert with SQL databases, and entering of mass data into a SQL database. Also we need mass output of database into PDF, HTL, JPG or GIF file formats into user friendlt GUI outputs of text and or HTML/.GIF/.JPG/ user and print friendly of course. We just need to develop a script that needs to take multiple questions and turn them into database fields and turn them into SQL data. Then combine the questions and answers in an online type testing system. The PDF that is used as output will allow for easy inputting of this data into the database and easy formatting of database tabels and fields to each PDF document that is the outcome of the questions and answers in the testing phased used later on after these PDF materials are reviewed. These PDF's contents will be determined by answering of questions which will output multiple outcomes given the answers of these questions. We need a tru professional as the data is created on a very strict set of rules. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
