Hi, I would like to make a game application for IOS and Android. a game similar to Red Alert but smaller. It will include only 2 Army that's it. who can go faster and destroy the other base or other country. it will include soldiers and tanks same Red Alert. I would like to know how much it will cost and how long it will take for both IOS and Android. Best Price and timing will get it. P.S. I don't have design so you have to do the design as well.
