Please Read project details carefully 1. a php script is required with following functionalists. A> there must be a login system where user can register him self with sms verification. C> login form will contain ,user ID*, fathers and mother name*, their ages, email id*, mobile number*, address (with preloaded states and city dropdown box particularly for India), his/her number of children/baby*, names*,sex*, DOB*,Photos. B> there must be an management system where admin and supervisor can feed the reminder dates for a particulate category users and all [login to view URL] will be defined as per his name, baby's DOB. C>A schedule reminder like after a particular days/months/years from his baby's date of birth a dynamic reminder should be generated and email,sms will be sent on his/her email and mobile. D> project is very lite so the time period and cost should be reasonable. .
