Make changes to an existing website

I currently have a website which is due to be converted into a Wordpress Template very shortly. However, before the conversion takes place there are some things I need changing on the site. The website is a simple 4 page site, and you can access each page by visiting the following 4 URLs: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] There are four main things that I need you to take a look at, and they are listed below: 1) Fix the Error responses on the homepage form. Using my in-house developers we fixed an issue with the form not redirecting the users to our Thank-You page when they submitted their details. The form now no longer gives an error message when you use a duplicate email address, or don’t tick one of the radio buttons. 2) In IE8, the video on the homepage does not work, as the browser does not support video tags. Fix this. 3) In IE11, the images on the left of the lnstant Library appear blurry / pixelated. This issue may be related to the images, but they only appear pixelated in IE11. I need you to see if it's something you can fix, as the images only appear blurry in IE11 4) Create a second form on the homepage, that uses Javascript to fill in and submit using the first form. This form should just be a slave to the first form, in that it doesn’t do anything other than fill in the details in the first form and then submit that data. Once your changes have been made, this site will be getting converted into a Wordpress template. Please bear that in mind.
