I want to develop a software for a factory manufacturing automotive products and the company has the following requirements :
The company issues gift coupon inside the product being manufactured by the factory outlets as matter of company's policies and the sales plan.
The company has 35 products and has 2 manufacturing units.
The software needs to keep a track of the gift coupons in bar coded form which is being issued inside the respective product manufactured by the company.
The software has to keep a track of the coupons issued by requisition department and the printing department .
The process flows like this :
The coupons are printed and packed inside the products the requisition dept keeps track of the no of products and every product has 2 coupons one for the mechanics and the another for the reborers .The software needs to keep a track of the no of coupons being printed by the printing department . It has to keep a track of how many labels issued and how many labels in stock and how many left over and dispatched to the sales department disturbed equally by the respective distributors and the wholesalers . The company requires to keep a track via its bar coded gift coupons how much the Re-borer and the Mechanics {or} foreman has procured the following particular goods and how much the profit or loss company incurred by calculating the coupons sold.
The software has to verify duplication of the coupons issued (if any).and reject it accordingly.
The software can be developed using vb.net with access or any other form. The look and feel should be professional and good.
