Software to post video, comment and location to Facebook

I have a visual basic program that resides on a memory card with a folder containing mp4 files. You click play video and it plays all the mp4 files found in the folder one after the other in a playlist. Click visit website and it opens the website link in a new window.

I need a new button that when clicked:

1. Opens a video browser.

2. The user can preview each video that is within facebook video upload limits and choose which to post to facebook.

3. The user will be asked to login to facebook and accept permissions.

4. They will add a message for the post.

5. The post will also add the predefined location with a location link.

6. Progress bar while the video post is sent and a success message when completed.

Id like the program to be fullscreen and with a better design than my very basic one.

I'm open to other languages than Visual Basic if it is possible for me to easily change the logo, business details, facebook location and link.
