Startup based in Shanghai looking for SMM. Preference will be given to individuals well experienced with local social media and language.
Freelance Social Media Manager Top Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage with Mkt Director the overall social marketing strategy and plan.
-Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, brand introduction in China, engagement and product adoption.
-Establish the foundation for integrating social into all consumer touch points, from event marketing to customer service, in a clear and consistent way.
-Manage the CRO (conversion rate optimization) and drive top-line KPIs
-Manage Social Accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Twitter, Weibo, WeChat
-Create 8 posts monthly (max 300 words bilingual:Mandarin and English) partially from more elaborate contents produced by the team.
-Experience in Fashion industry and with the following tools is a plus: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights.
-Highly organized individual.
-Have a finger on the pulse of what's happening in social media as well as trending topics and culturally relevant moments.
-Measure our social media efforts but also analyze our competition and our target audience to develop actionable insights.
