Artist Needed - Graphic Novel Type

This bid is up for multiple artists and I will probably choose more than one to get more ideas. I am looking for art work and ideas for a band's album cover, t-shirts, etc.
We want the look to be like a graphic novel or DC Comic cover and have some basic ideas of what we are looking for. One such idea is a woman's head in profile with a guitar melting into her mouth. Another one would be the woman holding a guitar like a lollipop with a bite out of it licking her lips.
It has been awhile since I requested a bid but I am hoping to describe more in the next section.
## Deliverables
I would need the final deliverables in a layered format a minimum of 3000 X 3000 pixels.
The layers, at a minimum, should separate the background, the main subject and any text layers.
I would prefer them in PSD format but I am open to suggestions.
