My previous experience has been in 3D modelling, animation and in retail customer service. During this time I have been dealing with customers on a daily basis and I have developed excellent skills in customer service. I am also knowledgeable in the steps to be taken for customer recovery on those rare occasions that there is a problem. During 2008 I spent 3 months working at Roam Interactive in an internship as part of my degree. During this time I built buildings and models for 3D architectural design. Skills and Experience I have learned many valuable skills during my tertiary education and whilst working for McDonalds. At Qantm College where the software 3D Studio Max was the software of choice, I learned vital skills such as creating stunning 3D human models and texturing and rigging them to animate correctly and smoothly. During my studies I gained other skills which are very useful such as an intermediate understanding of Photoshop and its functions. I can also composite and edit video through Premiere Pro and then create an interactive DVD through Encore. The study also covered design, and we learned the principles of drawing and how to design user manuals, posters and other marketing materials such as business cards and CD covers. I believe I have highly developed computer skills as I use computers on a daily basis for many different purposes including work related and recreational use. I have been active in The Sims 3 community creating custom content to share with other users, bringing more exciting clothes and accessories to the game. I have received a lot of positive feedback from my creations and I have been added to the “favourite creators†list by players for my custom content. I believe that the key to an efficient worker order is communication and time management. Both of these skills I use frequently and excel in both of them. I often plan schedules for the day’s events and chores to ensure every task is completed and meets the deadline. I regularly practise good communication as I participate in Drive Thru duties at McDonalds, which requires staff to work together as a team and communicate effectively to get the car’s meals as soon as possible. Tertiary Studies I obtained a Diploma of Screen Animation and a Bachelor of Interactive Entertainment at Qantm College. I produced a 3D Animated Film and my final project was featured in the graduation ceremony of the Bachelor of Interactive Entertainment. I gained extensive experience using 3D Studio Max and Photoshop together to build and animate models in a consistent and productive manner. Using Photoshop and other Adobe Suite programs, I created marketing materials such as posters and CD covers for short film productions. I also learned basic HTML code, and am currently using Dreamweaver to create and design websites. I have extensive knowledge of Word and Excel.
