My company is the 1st Filipino owned mortgage broker in the Philippines.
What my company does is refer home loan to our partner banks. What we do is we process home loan for home buyers.. we interview them first, then based on our proprietary calculator we get to identify which banks that they will most likely get approved with. I need ads for the following purpose:
1.) To attract potential Home buyers who want to get a home loan so we can process this for them.
(Tagalog and English version)
2.) To attract Brokers / Agents who have clients who want to get a home loan that we can process for them (plus these brokers agents get a referral fee)
3.) I also need a business card made with a QR Code
I've attached the file as a sample of what some of my account officers have posted on the website (i want it professionalized). I want something that they can share on facebook groups / pages.
I would prefer a Filipino contractor because it has to be in our local language.
