We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of success in managing marketing campaigns and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of marketers to execute digital marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
Demonstrate proficiency in Facebook paid ads, including setting up campaigns, analyzing Facebook pixel data, and working with Facebook conversion API.
Execute paid Google ads campaigns and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to track and analyze website performance and user behavior.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
3- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
4- Proficiency in Facebook paid ads and Google ads.
5- Knowledge of social media marketing best practices.
6- Experience with email marketing platforms.
7- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
8- Solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
Salary:
$2000 per month with a one-month probationary period.
