Digital Marketing - Social Media Marketing (Ads Manager) and SEO Optimisation (Website) - Saint Bernard's Delivery

I run a small hamper company called Saint Bernard's Delivery. We sell hampers and raise money for charity (we are currently selling hampers and donating our profits to the NHS Charities Together Campaign). My name is Andy, I am the Founder. We have a small facility in Hackney, London.
At the moment, our main Channel is Etsy however i'm keen to make sure that the majority of sales come through our core website (Shopify). To do this, we need a coherent social media ad/campaign strategy. I have been doing on and off promotions on Insta and FB, these are working OK but they need to be optimised (ideally some decent audience building and A/B testing etc to find out what works and what doesn't so we can optimise our ad spend). Unfortunately I do not have time to up-skill on the best practices for using Ads Manager etc. so I need someone to come in and kick things off properly. The overarching Objective is to drive sales through our website and build a strong following.
In addition to this, I could do with some SEO optimisation work. Appreciate the two skills are different but if someone can cover both bases that would be great. We basically need help leveraging digital channels (search engines, social media and our website) to connect with current and prospective customers.
