I am looking for an experienced and reliable professional to carry out electrical maintenance operations and cleaning tasks on a quarterly basis. This involves the following:
1. Electrical Maintenance: Your role includes checking, repairing, and maintaining electrical lines, fixtures, and other electrical installations on my property. Any necessary replacements of parts should be made with your judgement, unless specified otherwise.
2. Gutter Cleaning: The job involves regular cleaning of gutters to prevent blockages, ensuring they're free from any debris.
3. Pressure Washing: You will be responsible for the pressure washing of various exterior parts of my property, providing a clean and maintained look.
Here's what I am expecting from a potential hire:
- Expert in handling electrical units, with solid working knowledge of electrical systems.
- Experience in professional cleaning tasks, especially gutter cleaning and pressure washing.
- Ability to gauge and decide the best equipment/brands for the task unless specified.
- Punctuality and dedication to maintain a strict quarterly schedule.
- Prior experience in property maintenance would be a bonus.
