Administrative assistant needed in a small accounting office.
Skills needed: internet and social media, MS Office - Excel & Word. QuickBooks helpful but not required.
Must be well organized and good at organizing projects and setting priorities.
Must be very personable and easy going, able to follow instructions while managing assigned projects - basically must be able to think and act independently, and have a very good work ethic.
A valid driver's license is needed with own transportation - occasional errands are required, mileage will be reimbursed.
This job entails administrative functions in an accounting office and some personal assistant projects for the business owner; including but not limited to scheduling appointments, handling phones, email and outgoing mail, filing & archiving projects, plus personal projects as they come up.
