We need for our company a virtual assistant.
THE PAYMENT IS 1$ AN HOUR, 150 HOURS A MONTH for 150 dollars. OPTION FOR ONGOING WORK IF ALL WOULD BE SATISFYING WITH THE WORK. You need a good internet connection and a decent computer, along with Office software.
The work is about uploading files of books to the web books stores and manage royalty payments and correspondence with music companies and artists. There is also option for design works. You have also simple paging of the books and maybe placing data in formums, and some minor editing and proofreading, but still ones that requires perfect knowledge of English including the American slang.
We demand perfect integrity and honesty. We need knowledge in Excel, Word (including some book paging and graphics), a graphic deigns program (for the covers, small work of graphics), responsibility and seriousness about work including the need for perfectionism.
The work can be in flexible hours. We don’t care when you do it, as long as it be done. Perfect for one that needs a flexible work time and that can do it from home, even in the time of watching kids or any other kind of activity that does not take too much attention. All that you need is a simple computer, a good internet connection and the time. We are buying a bulk of monthly hours and we would add more and more activities to fill that time, so prepare for flexibility with the tasks. The system of work is always having enough work ahead, and always adding more while you are advancing with it. There would be also bonuses on good performance and efficiency.
The work is starting immediately. Please read carefully the skills needed and apply only if you have them. This is a long term work, since we want to teach someone the work and he would mange it with as little supervising as possible. The contact would be with Skype phone and writing, and you would need to produce daily reports about progress. Thanks for reading.
