Help solving classic Qt/QML based app problem on Windows (Failed to create OpenGL context for format QSurfaceFormat)

The app is written in C++/QML based on Qt/QML ([login to view URL]). It's distributed to Android/iOS, MacOSX and Windows.

Sometimes on Windows, there is a startup error showing the message:

"Failed to create OpenGL context for format QSurfaceFormat" (screenshots taken by some clients as attachments)

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue on my Windows build machine, but according to google its quite a common Qt/QML problem, google search link there:

The strange thing is that this error occurs very rarely and it sometimes disappears without any action in the same environment on the same computer - just by restarting the application. Few of my clients reported this error and when I have connected to their PC (using anydesk), that error just didn't happen. Also, my client wasn't able to reproduce this error afterwards. After some time that error happens again...

So don't really think that this error has something to do with graphic card or drivers on some PCs (which is advised on google).

So I need some experienced developer in this area to help me solve this annoying error.
