Luxury House cad re-drawings and 3d renders
$30-250 USD
Paid on delivery
Hello
The following project is to re design a luxury home, i already have autocad drawings, and 3d renders done in sketchup.
i am looking for a redesign to focus more on our vision. and i would also want proper 3d renders of interior and exterior design.
the idea of the house is to be able to be built using prefabricated steel structure. so the main challange is for you to be able to re design the house using steel material, and of course other material will be used where required.
a big plus will be for the bidder who is able to get as close as possible at supplying a BOQ-BOM, using international standards of steel building materials.
this is what i will supply:
1.- Layout of Land
2.- Dwg drawings of house.
3.- current renders of house.
4.- list of changes we want to do.
after this we will work together daily if required making the changes and getting closer to the final design required.
any questions please do not hesitate to send me a message, also please send me your 3d render portfolio.
regards
Hey guys
just to thank you all for all the great bids, and the more i see it, i think this will have to be a group project, so i will pick 3 bidders from all of you. from the 3d i will check the best options based on the portfolios.
what i did not see much is autocad drafters, or plan makers. so i will have to research more and see who i choose at the end.
regards
