Here is what I need specifically. The budget proposed is the budget allocated. I need a 3d realistic landscape. It must look realistic, fantasy like, I have some ones I purchased but they are maximized on computer. I can give you those to work with. I need it to be maximized for server side play with tablets and phones. This is for the whole landscape. I would like it also to entail more landscape, dungeons, and PVP arena.
