Hello, I am a real estate broker based in the United States. Operating in the state of Michigan. I am looking for someone who can help with some basic work for my office. The main need is someone who can help manage and update my CRM (I use TopProducer and MailChimp). The database is mostly used for mailings, so someone with experience with US postal protocols is a plus. I have variety of other tasks as well that can keep someone busy (social media, lead generation, and others) but keeping my data clean and updated is the priority.
