Hi, We have a steel carport with attic space to build on our property. The council require the Auto CAD drawings on the site plan (also have Auto CAD version).
We require the
1. site plan with the position of the carport with attic in relation to the existing house and garden, neighbouring houses. I have the auto cad of the all the existing elements and the neighbouring properties. You will need to delete the existing carport and garden elements and add the proposed carport.
2. 4 elevations showing each slide of the structure and the finishes noted on these.
3. Attic floor plan and carport floor plan (both just open spaces 6x6m)
(Total of 6 images to scale) And example of the output require will be provided.
The carport will be positioned 1.5m back from the boundary and 900mm from the side boundary.
The attic is just an open space - no rooms or anything like that.
Carport open on all sides, with garage door on front.
Attic closed with flush panel on both sides, with windows as shown in sketch to be provided.
Front (street facing) will have vertical wood slat cladding and window
Back (facing into backyard) windows with sliding door onto landing.
Files will be provided.
Any other details can be provided if required.
I need this completed asap...and I need to ensure that you are capable of doing it so if you can provide me an example of your work in creating elevations like this.
