I am looking for someone to detect text from printed English invoices. I need a system that can be tailored to our needs and can handle less than 1000 invoices. The system must be capable of extracting textual information such as invoice numbers, dates, items, total cost etc. from these invoices. Ideally, the system should also parse text data from tables and recognize handwriting on invoices (with optional accuracy control). I am looking for a freelancer who can develop and test such a system with a reasonable amount of time and cost. It is important to note that the system should be highly efficient and accurate in extracting and parsing textual data.

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a mobile-first webpage that can capture a driver's license, a face, match the faces, and use the OCR info to confirm an entered address. The webpage must be designed for both iOS and Android platforms, with basic security requirements for any stored data.
