I need some VBA code to do the following ideally setup as a public function. Cycle through a given template folder and open each excel report > refresh all > create new folder with yesterday’s date > save the refreshed report with Name +yesterday’s date(ReportName 20210222.xlsm > save the same file again to another given location. I would expect to setup an Access ref table that lists all the report template names and last location to save.

I have an old macro excel sheet that used to work. I have not used it in years and today I went to open it and the latest office on windows isnt letting me get it open. Hoping someone with a wealth of macro , VB, and excel knowledge can see about getting it working in newest excel.

The XLSM attached is really straight forward. I'm currently using Excel 2007 and maybe I could use the new FILTER function but maybe you can make it with any kind of VBA or script, tried with VLOOKUP but no luck. To achieve: simply get the result of Column L (red or green arrow - wingdings 3 font) filtered from the number in Column B. So, new formulas should check all the 1, 2, 3, 4, etc and create a list type on the side with all the arrows below, just like I made in example file. You should really confirm that the data in the arrows that are in place are the same the ones transported to the list, so it doesn't get mixed.

Hi there, I have 6 different Vba projects(6 Xlsm) files. They all have different database and workflow. I want to merge all of the 6 projects into one.

I tried to update the link between then, using the new source file name & location, but it won't let me do it manually and when I try to select update value or change source, Excel tells me I am trying to change a protected cell/workbook even though I have already unprotected the destination workbook.
