I require a desktop application which will integrate a client local Sybase SQL database with a web-hosted MySQL database

Our clients use Sybase SQL database. We would like to create some software with the following capabilities: 1) User-friendly installation and setup on client computer 2) Selects data from a specified table on their local server and stores data on our hosted MySQL database 3) Automatically update data at regular intervals Clients are not experienced with computers so the software must be very user-friendly with a professional interface.

Our client is migrating from 1 EMR to another, and the legacy data is in Sybase AdaptiveServer anywhere 9. We need to move that data into SQL Server

Package and Install an PHP for Apache Module for EA4 Linux, specifically for FreeTDS/libtds. We need to install PDO_DBLIB extension to run in php 5.6 as installed by plesk 12.5 It is easy enough to install this for the php 5.5 version that comes with ubuntu (apt-get install php-sybase) However, we are struggling to get this installed for the other versions of php that are provided by plesk. Normally php extensions are installed with these instructions : but this does not appear to work for PDO_DBLIB We need the extension installing on a test server and documentation to allow us to install on other servers. we are using sybase database. and due to power failure server crashed and im unable to bring the database up and i have got the time of 4 days i,e(10-08-2016 to 14-06-2016) to bring the database up. as im on oracle database side i dont have much knowledge of sybase database. the error im getting is " is not a valid databse file" when im trying to bring the database up. im looking for sybase database expert to look into the issue
