In Windows 10, one can click the connect to a wireless display via the ActionCenter -> Connect -> choosing an available device. I need a program, preferable written in C#, that connects my computer automatically to a pre-defined Miracast device. The identity of the device needs to be configurable via config file. The app then connects me automatically when I run it. That's it. I don't know how to do this but I assume this is a Windows API call. If know exactly how to get this done, this project should be super-easy. If you don't, you probably shouldn't bid :-)

We are in the final phase but need assistance with the following: Authentication and association request frames are received by our sink, but the miniport driver does not trigger NDIS_STATUS_INCOMING_ASSOC_STARTED indication. This is on Windows 8.1 embedded and uses the Atheros AR9k chipset on the wireless card.
