My server: + 64 GB RAM + Intel Xeon(R) CPU E5-2678 v3 2.5Ghz 24 core 48 thread + DISK SSD 500gb + WINDOW 10 + XAMPP: Apache, Php and MySQL 24k request per hour, request size: 10kb, all table mysql have index. DISK: 0%, RAM: 50% but CPU load 100% Problem: I open 15 chrome, each chrome will send about 50 requests to my php server, php server is an API server. Request is quite light. However, when CPU is 100%, all requests are pending and loading. I check the show process list and there are very few mysql processes. When suspended, the number of requests is reduced to 10 requests per second (instead of 300 requests per second) but the server still hangs at 100% CPU even though it does nothing.

Hi. Apparently, our project timeline is not opening due to an error that happened in DaVinci Resolve 18.0 an editing software for films and video. Online there is a video that discusses this exact issue and that DaVinci is SQLite Per the video, we changed the number in the Current Timeline Index category and it loaded to almost 100% but crashed right before opening. This was progress from originally only going to 33% before shutting down. However, we need it to get to 100% and open in DaVinci to try to correct the last action and delete it. When you access the site from a mobile device the menu disappears when you scroll down past the initial links. If you click on one of the links above the fold the links work fine. However if you want to scroll down to one of the bottom menu links the menu disappears as soon as you try to access any of the menu links below the fold. Not sure how long it has been doing this.
