Need a tech person to help upload a new email to Pop/Imap on 'phone/laptop.

Currently running a VS on a distant server. Now need to move emails to my new VPS. The VPS is a blank container, using Linux. I can create a user for the developer to install email service and then transfer emails from old server to new one. The 3 outputs we need for emails: webmail, Outlook, mobile. All in IMAP.

We need an expert in email configuration to setup automatic configuration of IMAP and SMTP so that when a new email is configured on one of our domains, the end user just has to enter their email address and password and all the IMAP & SMTP settings are automatically pulled into the mail client. My client has a laptop and desktop PC. I recently rebuilt the desktop and installed Office 365. When I started Outlook, there were no emails. After some research, I found out that the laptop was setup using IMAP/POP3 and was pulling all of the emails off of the Outlook 365 Exchange Server. The project is to put all of the emails back onto the Exchange Server and change the settings on the Laptop to stop pulling the emails off. I have looked around and unless I am missing something simple, this process looks like it should be done by someone who knows this process. I cannot lose all of the emails from the laptop.

By default freescout is checking and fetching UNREAD emails in specific IMAP folders (Google apps labels) For my use case I would like Freescout to always fetch all the emails .. including the seen ones from the folders.
