I have a project running on a Freescale MCF51JM128 processor, based on MQX 3.6.2 and built in CW10. I would like to add USB support, but the MQX USB libraries consume too much resources and I would like to instead integrate the CMX lite USB stack OR the Freescale 'Medical' stack (sometimes called PHDC). I've tried adding these stacks but ran into some trouble compiling and linking the project. I'm looking for some assistance from someone familiar with these devices and tools, and preferably with experience adding either the CMX or Freesacle USB stacks to a JM128 project using the MQX RTOS. I have a board with a Freescale mc9s08dz128clh micro with digital and analog input channels, and 1 analog output channel. Analog output goes through a DAC121C085 MSOP. I need some PID code to control via the analog output line with feedback on either the digital input channel or the analog input channel. The P, I, D coefficients, whether to use the analog or digital channel, and the setpoint for the digital or analog channel will be sent to the micro via USB commands. We currently use a Honeywell ASCX01DN pressure sensor which has 2 leads to provide an offset to the output. This allows us to read both positive and negative pressure on this differential pressure sensor. Freescale offers a new MPXV5004DP sensor with a typical .25V offset to read just positive pressure.
