I have modx installed on my server, but manager page returns js errors like ReferenceError: _ is not defined at Cannot set property 'Default' of undefined at connectors/ is blank ,file,resource,trash,welcome,configcheck&action= is blank

I have a non-profit site mainly for research for children and youth mental problems and to find highest potential. My site runs on ExpressionEngine v.1.6.8 and the FoxEE plugin to incorporate FoxyCart. The FoxEE module is no longer supported and doesn't support new versions of Foxy but some modifications can be made to the Foxee plugin to make it work with Foxycart 1.1. Looking for someone experienced in both Foxycart and ExpressionEngine who can upgrade my FoxyCart store from 0.6.0 to 1.1.

I build on the MODX content management framework and chose Bootstrap4 for styling the site. To still have a unique look and feel I change the SASS source files before building CSS. I find BS4 is missing some functionality in responsive design. BS4 has classes for different button sizes and shadows. The job is to create responsive classes for them in SASS too. Probably not many lines for a person with Bootstrap and SASS skills.
