I need to make a very, very short cartoon (about 5-6 seconds) at 6 frames per second so need about 36 drawings that I will then scan and make a cartoon from. Drawings are fairly simple, should take a few minutes each.
I need someone to create a 2D cartoon lasting approximately 3 minutes for an engagement proposal. I need this project to be expedited and completed by July 25, or July 27 at the least.
