If you use AIs like Heygen where you only have automatic translation option this will not work. The translation always has mistakes. I will not accept robotic sounding voices, it has to sound natural. If you need to add a clip so the speaking matches the video(timing) thats okay, just make sure its a clip that matches the video and doesnt look out of place I attached the translated German transcript with timestamps. 3 small edit...
