Contest Brief

I need elevation for my home design. It MUST BE practical and feasible. I mean, architecturally. This is NOT just some concept or schematic design thing.

We have a north east corner plot and we are planning two floor construction. Construction site plan is attached for your reference. I want elevation designs. Elevation should be modern and must meet with the construction site plan size and structure.

We also need a big balcony on the north east corner on the first floor so plan accordingly in your elevation design. We don't want the first floor structure hanging till the boundary wall of our home.

Other things to consider

1. Your design must include design for boundary wall.

2. Must have a window in the kitchen area.

3. We have a double height area too in the home site plan and we don't prefer too much glass work in elevation.

4. Must need a corner balcony in front.

5. Provision for balcony in the back side master bedroom( first floor).

6. First floor elevation must not touch fully boundary walls.
