Friend to design a game with the quality of the examples you describe, the minimum payment should be about $ 250. That that we can work with you later does not make sense. Since if you start paying little what can I expect of something later.

  Its your choise but , as a freelancer its more important that you have to work for project,not for money.
  if your work is good then i can give you not 250 only even i can also pay 10000$ for a single project. read the complete description of project . For better future Don't focus only money.
