Delphi Dashboards - ongoing work

Programmer left work half done and broke all communication for over a week on daily assignment. I have to assume he's not coming back or unwilling to continue. I'm very surprised, he was nice guy and getting paid a high rate. His work was nice. He just disappeared though...
