This job was for a Home Health Service Company. I had to make calls to patients and aides to make sure that the aide was with the patient at the right time and then contact the patient to see if the aide is telling the truth. Also the aides would complete task sheets of what they did for the patient and i would have to input that data into the company's program and also confirming visits for each of the schedules for each day and for back logs also which is for previous dates.
