- Designed entire wheel assembly on Solidworks which includes Upright, Hub and Rim Center and did FEA on Ansys for Factor of safety and Fatigue. - Optimized Hub, Rim center and Bell crank using Inspire Solidthinking with maximum weight to stiffness ratio. - Ride and Roll rates calculations were done using excel and new adjustable type of Z type Blade Anti Roll Bar was developed and designed whose kinematics where studied using Solidworks Motion manager.
