He is just a time waster. I gave him 1st assignment after awarding the project and gave him 24 hour deadline. He committed to submit work in time. I had created a milestone for first assignment but he didn't submit any article on time. After the dead line he show an excuse that he is busy with his personal work and he submitted some articles that was just copy and paste from ezine.I never see such kind of time waster. Before awarding the project I asked him you have won on some project but you have not got any review, then he told me some buyer just use him without paying any amount. But now I realize what the matter is. He just a time waster. Be careful about him.
