Refunding bank deposits
Unlike added funds through PayPal or credit card that pass through intermediary financial or online institutions, bank deposits involve transfer of funds from one bank to another, to which we cannot process direct refunds within our system.
Funds from bank deposits can therefore only be returned to your bank account either through our Express Withdrawal system or through manual return of funds.
If Express Withdrawal is available for the currency of your added funds, you can request for payout* of the funds back to your bank account using this method. Express Withdrawal method is currently available in the following countries (more will be added in the future), and it allows withdrawal in these countries’ local currencies:

Let us know once you have requested a payout so we can immediately process it on our end for you. Depending on how quickly your financial institution processes withdrawals, you can get your money in 2-3 business days without fees.
If Express Withdrawal is not available to you, scroll down to click Contact Us and give us the following details:
1. Proof of the wire/bank deposit or screenshot of the wire deposit from online banking
2. The details of your bank account used for the added funds
• Bank account name
• Bank Name
• Bank Account No. or IBAN
• SWIFT code
The manual return of funds can take 3-5 business days and intermediary bank fees may also apply.
*If this is your very first payout on the site, your payout request will undergo the 15-day processing for security purposes. Otherwise, it will follow the regular cut-off times.
