Seeking quote to assist in creating, testing and implementing a script/routine/workflow that will compile a list of weather stations (provided). The scheduled routine will regularly go out to a public URL and download weather observations for past 2-days for specific locations and record the published observation result set in MS Access, SQL Server or similar RDBMS table(s).
End goal is to collect a history of observed weather for 24x7/365 by specific stationID and/or all station.
Bonus:
Include with that the recorded sunrise/sunset and calc hours of daylight available by station.
