We are a real estate meta search site where we scrape data from hundreds of real estate sites, linking back to the originating site (conforming to copyright laws) similar to oodle, google base, vast,etc.
Example: we need to get data from realestate.yahoo.com. Type in a zip code (e.g. 92782)
There are 2 pages of data we need to scrape:
1. The first page: It gives us 10 listings per page, with address, price,link to detailed page, etc.
2. The second page:It is the detailed listing page with details for each property shown on the main page.
We need 2 XSLT sheets (one for main page, one for detailed page) per provider.
This is done by converting the html to xml (I will provide tool) and then writing the 2 xslt sheets to acquire data in provided format.
We will pay anywhere from 30-250 "per provider" (2 sheets needed per provider). Please quote "per provider".
I will give you a list of zipcodes the xslt should work with for the given provider.
We need to start with one provider, so I can see the quality of work. If that goes well, we have an immediate need for 7 providers (2 xslt's per provider)
I have attached 2 sample xslt sheets for the coldwell site.
