WordPress Designer for Blog+Video membership section

Seeking skilled WordPress designer to create a modern, minimalist design for my personal blog. I'm aiming for clean lines, simple color schemes, and an overall sleek aesthetic. Key functionalities should include:
- A blogging platform where I can publish posts and interact with readers through comments
- A membership platform enabling readers to sign up for exclusive content and updates. Using Pro memberships plugin for Wordpress.
-video course section added on site as well which will be behind membership paywall, with ability for me to add videos daily. (Youtube private videos used for type of hosting)
Ideal candidates will have solid experience in WordPress (prior references needed).
Hello designers, I am looking for WordPress designer who can create a layout for my site with three main components: Blog, Video/course section, section for daily updates with chart display of market data.
The site is meant for financial markets and education.
Creating layout for blog that's very similar to my current site made in WIX would be needed, I will provide link to site upon request. If possible additional task could be to export/migrate prior blog to new created site if possible (I know WIX isn't well suited for migrating). Any tip on how to migrate prior context of blog from wix to newly created Wordpress would be appreciated.
I am open to any suggestions from designer on what blog template to use and what video page layout could be good fit. The theme I aim for is inspired by matrix movies visually to some extent. I can do design by myself but if freelancer is capable of doing it that's also fine and a plus.
Please give me estimation of hours or price for task at least roughly. The main goal is not to have fully done site with all content but just a robust setup of all key features so that new blog posts and videos are then easy to add by myself later on.
I would require someone who can jump on the task right away and dedicate fully (tight timeline). Active communication would be prefered while working on the project.
