Simple wordpress changes needed

Hello,
I have a website running WP and Genesis Framework.
1. On one section of the homepage there are 6 featured posts which display post title, featured image thumbnail and excerpt. Underneath the excerpt is a read more button. I need this read more button removing from these posts on the homepage only. Changes made should not effect the read more function site wide.
2. On another section of the homepage there is one featured page with a link next to it. I need this changing to display a specific single post. It should display the post excerpt, the post featured image and a link to the post. I have installed featured video plus plugin so please check that if I replace the featured image with a featured video then this should display instead.
3. On the website blog page I want the post featured image to not display. This should apply to the blog page only and should not effect site-wide functions.
4. For single blog post/page. Genesis gives the option to choose different post/page templates. For single column post template I want the area where content is displayed to be aligned in the center of the post/page and also for the width of the content area to be reduced. The content area width should remain the same in mobile devices as it currently is. These changes should only take effect when single column post template only.
5. On all posts/pages a banner displays by default. I want this banner removing and should only be added to post/page if I add it by using a custom field.
These changes are required urgently and should be completed today, within a few hours maximum.
