Modify Wordpress Subscriptio plugin to select date

I need someone to modify a wordpress plugin called ‘Subscriptio’. The plugin allows you to charge re-occurring subscription payments via woocommerce every week, month or year.
The plugin currently charges the user on the date they purchased the subscription. What I need you to do is to modify the plugin so that the user can select the date they want their subscription to be taken.
Here is an example of what I want:
1. I have a product which has a yearly subscription.
2. Then on the product page before the ‘add to cart’ button there should be a drop down box which allows the user to select the date they want to be billed each year (for example 20th November)
3. Now each year on the 20th November the user is billed via the plugin.
I have already purchased the plugin and have a test website setup that you can edit the plugin on.
