Convert Wordpress Plugin to Full Javascript Application

Hi,
We have an existing wordpress plugin that creates a widget. The widget then renders HTML and hooks up to an external API to obtain quotes. However, we would like this to be platform agnostic, meaning we should be able to embed the widget onto ANY website or application.
The embed code should be a simple Javascript snippet and potentially HTML markup in order to pass the initial parameters, in our case, a property address. The plugin also uses jQuery to make the API calls. We would like this to be either React (Axios) or Vanilla Javascript..
We want this to be simple to embed, similar to Chat applications. All the source code is ready. We would prefer the app be built in react, but vanilla javascript would be fine as well.
